Thank you for visiting our site. We would love to give you a little bit of information about Valerie Almanzar and her team. Valerie started in real estate in 2006 working in new construction with Pulte Homes. This experience gave her great training as well as the ability to identify her buyers needs and wants. This experience also gave Valerie the best training to help her clients find the best home at the best time- especially with new construction.

In 2009 Valerie left new construction and went into resale full time. During this year she received much recognition. She received the Prestigious New Mexico business weekly's 40 under 40 award. She also was recognized as the top sales person for her company and was inducted into the hundred club with RE/MAX.

In 2010 she received the prestigious 30 under 30 REALTOR magazine award, recognizing her as one of the nation’s rising stars in real estate. This award is only given to 30 individuals nationwide under 30 years of age. To date Valerie is the second realtor in New Mexico to have received this award and the first realtor in Albuquerque to receive the award.

Valerie's philosophy is the customer comes first and she has built her business on the premise of hard work and great customer service. She also believes that in this changing market, it is imperative that REALTORs read and research about new loan programs as well as information about new government programs coming into place about real estate. To date she has helped homebuyers find great deals on foreclosures and short sales, and she is also helping sellers during these tough times to get out of their homes to avoid foreclosure.
